A small fee (generally a few Lindens) is charged to rent the auction unit. The rental price is per day (24 hours) and will be conspicuously displayed before you make a payment. Due to special events and market conditions, BidSl reserves the right to adjust this fee as needed. Please remember that if you chose to have your auction run longer than one day (up to seven days), the cost to rent the auction unit will be multiplied by the number of days. For example, if the rental fee is $2L and you want your auction to run for two days, your rental fee will be $4L. The rental fee is the only cost to sell/auction your item or service. BidSL does not charge a percentage or final value fee on your completed auction at this time.

Please note that some BidSL Second Life locations may be independently owned and operated franchises. BidSL franchise owners have the ability and right to set their own rental prices and/or to charge a final value fee (percentage of the winning bid).  However, the auction unit rental fees and/or final value fees will always be displayed to you before you are asked to pay the fee.
